Spring is Near!

Spring is a great time to schedule your routine maintenance pumping of your septic system. Does your system have lids and risers allowing ground level access to your septic system? If you haven’t had lids and risers installed, we strongly suggest doing so at the earliest possible opportunity. Having lids and risers installed to bring access to the septic tank up to ground level will save you money and time on future maintenance pump outs of your septic system. It will also be extremely beneficial should you need to gain access to the septic tank during winter months. During extended periods of below freezing temperatures, the ground may be too frozen to allow access to lids which are buried. We urge you to have lids and risers installed as soon as possible to avoid the potentially disastrous consequences of septic system back ups during periods when gaining access to the system could otherwise be difficult or impossible!
