Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been a repeat customer in the past. I call today to have my tank scheduled to be pumped, and the first question I was asked was my address. Upon telling the woman that answered the phone my address, her immediate response was, " I'm sure there's someone closer to you that could do it for you cheaper!" I wasn't asking for a quote, I was just wanting to get on the schedule again as I have in years past. Well, now there's one less magnet on my refrigerator (the one given to me by them that I've kept to remind me who to call). Don't understand how they plan to keep customers with this type of customer service. I'll never give them another dollar of mine!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Recently we had a emergency call to an accidental oil spill on a Saturday morning. The Mike Sanitation team was great to work with, and helped us get the situation under control based on strict Ohio EPA Guidelines. With one call they were able to assist us with proper equipment to get the spill cleaned up quickly. There quick action saved the property owner a lot of money by there willingness to help out on the weekend, and having the expertise to know how to handle the waste product. We definitely have them as a source to call on upon if there services is ever needed again. The Chickasaw Fire Department.
