Summary

Service Technician and CDL Driver:

Job requires a mixture of manual labor, working with customers. Tasks may be pumping septic tanks, working with portable toilets on a route, driving semi to shop work. No previous experience is required other than a strong work ethic. (We do NOT require Hazmat.) We have not laid off in over 15 years. We currently have a long time associate looking to slow down for retirement.

Mostly first shift during week, some Saturdays (1.5X pay), some Sunday (2X pay), some nights (2X pay for 9 pm to 6 am) and on call time (Non-scheduled emergency work also pays an additional hour for drive time to work). Home every day. No E-Logs or logbooks except on seldom occasion.

Excellent benefits would include excellent pay, 6 paid holidays, overtime after 40 hours (1.5X pay), additional overtime and double time (2X pay) opportunities, health insurance (individual insurance is 100% paid by company) (family insurance is 75% paid by company), $75 monthly ($900 yearly) HSA contributions to use toward deductible and other health expenses, $360 year end cell phone compensation, vacation pay, paid and laundered uniforms, $500 year end work wear allowance and year end pay bonus.

We are located near New Bremen just in Mercer County.

Starting pay may vary but a team member with the basic skills required and a good driving record with a Class A CDL Drivers License with a tanker endorsement, air brakes, manual transmission and fifth wheel hitch (no mechanical restrictions) is required. Starting pay may be 33.00 per hour for a person who already has a qualifying Class A CDL. Raises are based on merit and long term dedicated team players will be rewarded.
